Ozmani "Ozzy" Sanchez, Hialeah native, attended Hialeah High School, Manhattan College, and Miami Dade Community College before attending STU....  In high school, Sanchez was named All-County Honorable Mention as a Sophomore, 2nd team All-County as a Junior, and 1st team All-County and All-State as a Senior....  In his junior season, Sanchez' s Hialeah team won the regional championship earning a final four appearance.... 

Sanchez went to Manhattan College his freshman year of college before heading to Miami Dade CC as a sophomore....
