This is Coach Jones seventh year coaching, and his fourth season at St. Thomas.

During the 2024 season he mentored David Hayes to All-America honors, garnering Sun Conference Offensive Player of the Year distinction along the way after becoming the first 1,000 yard receiver in STU history. Jaelyn Thomas was also earned All-Conference accolades with Second Team distinction.

In the 2023 campaign Hayes became one of the top receivers in the NAIA, tying for the fifth-most touchdowns in the country with 13 while being named Third Team All-American and the Sun Conference Receiver of the Year. The Bobcats ranked third in the NAIA in 2023 for points per game and passing yards per completion. Khalitri Zow also received All-Conference Second Team honors.

In his first season at St. Thomas, the Bobcats had two All-Conference honorees in C'quan Jnopiere (First Team) and Zow (Second Team).

From Baltimore, MD.

Attended DeMatha Catholic high school in Hyattsville, Maryland, graduated in the class of 2014.

Went on to play WR at the University of Maryland. Graduated with Bachelors of science in Kinesiology in December of 2018 and Supply Chain management masters degree in 2020.

Became a Running Backs Grad Assistant coach for University of Maryland football team during the 2019 and 2020 season where he produced 2 All-Big ten Running Backs (Javon Leake, Anthony Mcfarland) and Big Ten return specialist of the year (Javon Leake).
