Danny Espinosa enters his third season at St. Thomas University.
Working with the linebackers during the 2024 season, Espinosa guided Kendall Wilson to All-American status alongside Sun Conference Linebacker of Year honors. Wilson led the league in tackles during the 2024 season with 98.
Espinosa was the Defensive Assistant for the Bobcats in 2023, helping STU earn its NAIA Postseason berth and the first postseason win in program history.
Prior to joining STU, Espinosa was the Defensive Coordinator Southwest Miami Senior High School. He also was on the coaching staff at John A. Ferguson High School.
