Cielec enters his second season as the Academic Advisor and Defensive Assistant for the St. Thomas University Football team.
Prior to STU, Cielec served in a similar capacity at Thomas More University, John Carroll University and at Case Western Reserve University.Â
Cielec brings over thirty years of experience to the staff and student-athletes for the Football program, including 21-years in the college ranks.Â
Throughout his career, Cielec has been apart of championship programs at seven-stops, four high schools and three universities.Â
Cielec, originally from Cleveland, OH, graduated from Ohio Wesleyan with his B.A. in 1980 and earned his Master's degree in Education from Cleveland State in 1984.
