Career: A part of the inaugural St. Thomas University Football season, Torrence appeared in all ten games for "Bobcat1" in 2019... Torrence finished fifth on STU in tackles (56), led in tackles-for-loss (16.5) and led the team in quarterback sacks (8.5)... Torrence was named to the Mid-South First-Team All-Conference... Torrence was ranked nationally in several categories, including ninth in sacks-per-game (0.9), 14th in tackles-for-loss per-game (1.70), 18th in quarterback sacks (8.5), and 23rd in tackles-for-loss (16.5)... Torrence recorded his first career quarterback in the program's first win against Union (KY.), while adding five tackles...  Torrence recorded his season-high for tackles in the second win in program history against Allen (S.C.) (8) including five tackles-for-loss... in the inaugural season finale against Faulkner University (AL.), Torrence established his season-high for quarterbacks sacks (2.5).

2020 Season: Torrence was a Captain in the season...Torrence recorded 23 tackles, 13 were unassisted...Torrence recorded two sacks on the season, one of which came in the season finale game agaisnt Webber International to help give STU their first winning season in program history...Torrence blocked one kick in the season opener against Southeastern.
