Playing Experience:
Damian Sosa grew up in Miami, FL were he played football, basketball and baseball as a juvenile within the Miami Parks and Recreation system. He graduated from Coral Gables Senior High School in 1991 were he was a Varsity Letterman every year in football. After graduating high school, Damian played Football in Jr. College at Mt. San Jacinto for two years before transferring to Valley City State University. Some of the accomplishments while attending VCSU were Defensive MVP for two years in a row, Team Captain, All-American Honourable Mention and was selected for the 1994 NAIA College All-Star game as a Senior. After graduating VCSU Damian tried out with the Toronto Argonauts and was released due to an ankle fracture. After rehabbing Damian played locally for the Miami Knights Semi-Pro Team for 4 years. The Miami Knights won 3 championships while Damian played for them and he was selected to 3 All-Star games. Damian was also selected as the Defensive MVP 3 years in a row for the Miami Knights. Damian then took onto recreational flag football where he won the NFL New York City Air-it-Out tournament and represented New York in the Air-it-Out National Championships.

Coaching Experience:
While playing Semi-Pro Football Damian started his youth football coaching career at Kendall Hammocks where he coached many kids including Steven Tulloch (Detroit Lions), Patrick Thomas (Kansas City Chiefs) and Aaron Sanchez (FAU). Damian has coached all the teams from Peewees (5 & 6 year old) to the 150s (14 and 15 year old).
Camp and Youth Development Experience:
Damian’s first job was as a junior summer camp counselor at West End Park. Because of his leadership qualities he quickly became one of the head counselors and eventually ran the lunch program for all the parks in the west side of Miami. While coaching youth football Damian found him self running pre-season training camps at the parks he coached. In 2008 along with other coaches he opened his first Off-Season Football, Speed and Agility Camp in Sweet Water Elementary. He has been running out door camps since then. In 2010 he was asked to assist with running the Devin Aromashodu camp at Miami Springs Senior High. In 2011 Damian became a Certified Youth Personal Trainer and fulfilled his dream of one day having an In-Door Training Facility. Now we have ADP Complex.
