Jennifer Brown, an incoming Graduate Assistant from Coastal Carolina University, will assist the St. Thomas University (STU) Men's and Women's Tennis programs.

Brown enjoyed a prolific overseas career in the United Kingdom, as well as during her career as a student-athlete at Mississippi State University. Originally from Peterborough, UK, Brown ranked No. 1 in the U16 rankings, winning both the U16 Masters and UK Winter National in 2012. In 2013, Brown ranked No. 3 in the UK, finishing as the runner-up in the U18 Masters and represented Hertfordshire County in the Junior and Adult County Cups. 

As a freshman at Mississippi State, Brown compiled a record of 21-10 in singles play, 15-8 in dual action and 5-6 in the Southeastern Conference. Brown earned her first career victory against Vanderbilt University (TN.) and two wins against ranked opponents, No. 42 Auburn (AL.) and No. 44 Arkansas. Brown picked up a key win against the University of South Carolina, sending the Bulldogs to the SEC tournament quarterfinals for the first time since 2005. Additionally, Brown recorded a victory in a match against the University of Houston, as MSU earned an NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2001. 

In her sophomore year, Brown was named to the 2016 SEC Community Service team and recorded a 17-10, 13-8, 6-5 SEC record. 

Brown was limited as a junior in 2017, due to injuries, but still recorded her 30th career doubles victory, in a Mississippi State win over Wake Forest. 

Brown redshirted her final season at Mississippi State University before transferring to Coastal Carolina University. During her season at Coastal Carolina, Brown was named the 2019 Sun Belt Newcomer of the Year, while being named to the All-Sun Belt Second-Team (Singles) and the All-Sun Belt First-Team (Doubles). 

Upon enrollment at St. Thomas University, Brown intends to pursue her graduate degree in Sports Administration.
