Dukic arrives from University of Central Oklahoma to take over the helm of the Bobcat Volleyball program that finished runner up in The Sun Conference last season. Dukic will also lead the St. Thomas Beach Volleyball program.
A native of White Lake, Michigan, Dukic spent the last three seasons as an Assistant Coach for NCAA Division II Central Oklahoma. Last season, UCO finished with a 30-4 overall record and was nationally ranked as high as no. 7 during the regular season. She coached six All-Conference selections as well as a NCAA DII All-American last season. In 2015, Dukic helped guide Central Oklahoma to a 31-5 overall record en route to a second-round appearance in the NCAA Division II Central Regional. In her first season at UCO, the Bronchos finished 28-5.
Prior to arriving at Central Oklahoma, Dukic coached for three seasons at Arkansas Tech where she helped the Golden Suns go 87-26, win two conference titles, and qualify for the NCAA Division II national tournament two times.
Dukic played collegiately at Arkansas Tech where she was a four-year standout as a setter. She twice was named All-Conference and registered 2,693 career assists to lead the Golden Suns to two league tiles.
A double alumna of Arkansas Tech, Dukic earned a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Education in 2012 with a minor in English as a Second Language. In 2014, she graduated with a Master's degree in College Student Personnel.
