Biography
2011: Redshirted her freshman year at NCAA Division I Eastern Kentucky.
Club: Played six years with Kentucky-Indiana Volleyball Academy (KIVA)…in her senior year led her team to a national championship at AAU’s… as a junior helped her team win a silver medal at the JDVA Nationals…made the All-Tournament Team at JDVA Nationals… as a sophomore made the All-Tournament Team at JDVA Nationals…as a freshmen helped her team to a first place finish in the Big South Qualifier…was named an All-American at AAU Nationals.
High School: Was a two-year varsity letter-winner at Assumption High School in Louisville, Ky…as a senior led her team to a State Championship, Region Championship and District Championship…earned KHSAA All-District Team…made the KHSAA second-team All-State…led her team to the Louisville Invitational Volleyball Tournament Championship… Junior year led her team to a District Championship…placed third in the Durango Classic…was named to the All-Tournament team at the Durango Classic…led team to a first place finish in the Nike Challenge…earned All-Tournament team at the Nike Challenge… Sophomore year earned the AHS JV Coach’s Award… Freshman year led the freshman team to first place finish in the LIVT…an honor roll student all four years in High School.
Personal: Born March 27, 1993…daughter of Terry and Tammy Allgeier…has one brother (Cody)....out of high school also received scholarship offers from UNC Wiilmington and Tennessee-Martin in addition to Eastern Kentucky...major is undecided.
