SAVANNAH, Ga. - The St. Thomas Men's Golf team continued their stellar play for this fall season with a third place performance at the SeeMore NAIA Intercollegiate hosted by SCAD this weekend.  Estaban Aristizabal won the individual crown for the event, shooting 2-under par.

Aristizabal shot an opening round 69 and found himself in a two-way tie for second place.  St. Thomas led the field after the first day of play by just one shot over USCB with a combined team total 7-over par.

Estaban faltered a bit in the second round, shooting a 2-over par 73, and fell to a tie for 4th place with just one round to play.  Aristizabal roared back with another 69 for his final round and totaled 2-under par for the tournament. 

As a team, the Bobcats slipped down to seventh place through two rounds but they bounced back on the final day with solid rounds from Omar Tejeira (73-75-72), Je Her (78-72-75) and Max Keen (74-75-78).  St. Thomas finished in third place overall by just one stroke.
