STU ran out to an 18-2 lead to start the game and took a 35-point lead into halftime. Much of the Bobcats scoring came in transition with a total of 14 fast break points on the afternoon.

Defensively, the Bobcats held the Cougars to 20% shooting from the field and forced 25 turnovers resulting in 32 points.
