Box Score MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. - Ninth ranked William Carey (3-0) scored a goal in the first overtime period to defeat St. Thomas (0-2) 1-0 on Saturday afternoon at Bobcat Field.  STU held the Crusaders scoreless for 95 minutes before Johanna Hubinette scored off a through pass by Savannah Carter for the game-winner.

St. Thomas goalkeeper Valeria Zerbo and the Bobcat defense held the Crusaders to just five shots through regulation.

The Bobcats return to action on Friday with a match against 13th ranked Hastings, STU's third straight match vs. a top-25 team to start the season.
