BOBCATS DROP TILT AGAINST DII NOVA

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - After winning two straight, the Bobcats (2-2) dropped their latest contest to NCAA DII opponent Nova Southeastern (2-1).  The Bobcats battled throughout the affair, but the difference proved to be an early goal by the Sharks.

Nova would strike early when Jacob Robbie found Nate Bladecki for the match's only score.  The Bobcats had their opportunities, as 7 of their 10 shots were on target.  However, their inability to find the back of the net would prove to be their undoing.  Couple this with the Shark's relentless attack, and the Bobcats simply did not have an answer on this day.  The Sharks were able to generate 21 shots, 11 of which were on target.  Goalkeeper Deljan Bregasi was able to successfully contend with 9 of the shots on goal.  Outside of the one goal conceded, Bregasi had what would otherwise be considered a solid outing.

The Bobcats return to the pitch on Wednesday, September 16th, when they take on another DII opponent in Barry.  Kick-off between the Bobcats and Buccaneers is set for 4:30 P.M. E.T.
