AVE MARIA, Fla. - St. Thomas (17-2, 6-1 The Sun Conference) continued to roll with a straight set win over host Ave Maria (6-8, 2-4 TSC).  The Bobcats have won five straight matches without losing a set, a string of 15 consecutive sets won.

Whitney Battoe led the Bobcats with 11 kills and 13 digs.  Setters Dana Nowaczyk (19 assists, two aces) and Kimberly Martino (18 assists, one ace) each delivered big performances as well. 

The Bobcats won the first set 25-21 then followed that with a 25-20 victory in set number two.  STU then finished off the Gyrenes with a 27-25 win in the third set.

St. Thomas returns to action vs. Johnson & Wales on Wednesday back home at the Fernandez Family Center where the Bobcats are 11-0.
