West Palm Beach, Fla.- #21 St. Thomas (12-2, 1-1 TSC) lost its second game of season to Keiser (10-1, 1-1 TSC) by a score of 0-3 (15-25, 22-25, 12-25).
St. Thomas dropped only its second match of the season and its first conference loss to a resilient Keiser University. From the beginning, the Bobcats were in a tough spot as the Seahawks went up early in the first set leading 5-1. STU showed a lot of fight but Keiser didn't take their foot of the pedal. STU could not bounce back after the momentum shifted in KU's favor quickly dropping another two sets to end the match.
Kadeeja Griffin came up with eight kills. Shanotta Bawek and Carly Durr were right behind her, both registering six kills. Haley Bannister finished with 16 digs. Priscila Ertty ended the match with 18 assists.
