MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (October 12, 2019) - St. Thomas University Volleyball (6-12, 3-6 TSC) was swept in Sun Conference action on Saturday from the Fernandez Family Center by the College of Coastal Georgia (15-5, 8-1 TSC) for the second time this week, getting swept in straight sets (24-26, 26-28, 21-25).

  • Kyleigh Beecham opened the match with a service ace, recording the first Bobcat point of the afternoon.
  • STU extended the early lead with back-to-back kills from Bolinger and Chenault.
  • Two consecutive points from the Mariners tied the match at 6-6.
  • Kendall Brock gave the Bobcats back the lead at 7-6, with her second kill of the set.
  • Back-to-back errors by Coastal Georgia put St. Thomas two points away from a set win at 23-20.
