MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (November 23, 2019) - (RV) St. Thomas University (4-2, 2-1 TSC) won a tightly contested Sun Conference game against Webber International University (4-3, 1-2 TSC) 77-75 on Saturday night from the Fernandez Family Center.

- Webber began the Sun Conference match-up with a 6-0 run, before a Vogel lay-up put the Bobcats on the board.
- WIU ran out to a 12-3 advantage, when a Brooks jumper and Destiny Wilson three-pointer cut the deficit to 12-8.
- STU closed the first quarter with a 5-0 run, as Brooks and Samaria August, brought St. Thomas within one point, 18-17.
- Brooks gave the Bobcats their first lead, 20-18, with a three-pointer.
- The Sun Conference opponents exchanged three-point buckets to put the score at 25-25.
- With less than two minutes remaining in the first half, Webber extended their lead to 42-35, before the Bobcats closed the quarter on a 7-0 run. Dozier (three-pointer), Martinez - Sanz (lay-up) and Brooks (lay-up) made up the rally.
- The Warriors opened the second half with a 9-0 run, as Vogel once again halted the rally, adding back-to-back buckets.
- Consecutive three-point buckets by Dozier (part of a career-high, seven) tied the game at 55-55.
- As the third quarter ended, Webber and St. Thomas traded baskets, once again. Kayla Rodriguez put the Bobcats ahead with 1:05 remaining
- The Bobcats trailed Webber, 70-64, when Vogel, Brooks and Martinez - Sanz each recorded baskets to tie the game.
- Dozier added her seventh, and final, three-pointer to put STU in front 76-75 with a minute remaining.
- Brooks sealed the win with a free throw, as STU earned their second consecutive Sun Conference win.
