MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (February 5^th, 2019) – (RV) St. Thomas University's Men's Tennis team (0-2) took on the Lynn University Fighting Knights (1-0) 8-1 on Tuesday Afternoon from the courts on campus at STU.

Kevin Cubela, Rasmuss Lindstrom, Francisco Velazquez, Jacob Nieto, Fabrice Bissainthe and Damian Etchvest each represented the (RV) Bobcats. Lindstrom took on Lucca Baptista from the recently named "Bruce Buccholz" court and lost 0-6, 4-6.

In double competition, Cubela and Mauricio Fernandez teamed up and earned the lone STU victory on the match against the NCAA Division II opponent, as the pair won their match-up 6-1.

St. Thomas will return to action to take on Sun Conference opponent, Southeastern University, on Wednesday evening with the matches scheduled to begin at 4:00 p.m.
