th, 2019) – The tenth-ranked St. Thomas University Bobcats Baseball team (19-7) defeated the University of St. Francis (4-12) in the conclusion of the Warner Invitational, beating the Fighting Saints, 6-2.

Game Notes
- JJ Galvis (1-1) earned his first career St. Thomas University win, pitching six innings, striking out five and allowing one earned run.
- Galvis set down the first three batters he faced in order, to get the Bobcats early momentum.
- Delgado led off the bottom of the first inning with a double and scored the first run of the game, two batters later, as Urbaez gave STU a 1-0 lead following a RBI single.
- Lopez added a single, as Garabedian followed with a RBI double to bring in Urbaez, giving STU a 2-0.
- Izquierdo singled to right field, bringing in Lopez and Garabedian to finish the four-run inning for St. Thomas
- Galvis threw a shutdown inning in the second inning to maintain the Bobcat momentum.
- St. Thomas added another run in the bottom of the second inning, as Delgado scored on a RBI single from Thompson, putting the lead at 5-0.
- USF scored two runs in the top of the third, cutting the lead to 5-2.
- Lopez scored the sixth Bobcat run, advancing on an error after a Garabedian infield single.
- Galvis was replaced by Joel Rivero in the seventh inning.
- Rivero recorded the final three outs to seal the win, ending the game on a 1-6-3 double play, as STU finished the win 6-2.
