th, 2019) – No. 6 St. Thomas University (40-11) defeated Florida National (10-33) 12-2 on Friday night from Paul Demie Mainieri Field.
Prior to the game, St. Thomas University Athletics honored eight seniors:

STU has now won 40-games in a season in two consecutive years and three times in the last five seasons.

Game Notes
- Rodriguez (8-1) earned his eighth win of the season, 24th of his career, pitching six innings and striking out a career-high, 12 batters in the win. Rodriguez is 24-2 (tying Chris Rodriguez for most all-time).
- STU opened the scoring as Daniel Lowry walked with the bases loaded to bring in Guerra in the bottom of the second inning.
- FNU tied the game at 1-1 with a Solo Home Run in the top of the third inning.
- Garabedian responded with a RBI double, bringing in Lopez in the bottom of the third inning, giving the Bobcats a 2-1 lead.
- Rivero followed with a two-run blast, his tenth of the season, to give St. Thomas a 4-1 advantage.
- In the bottom of the fifth inning, Garabedian hit his fifth home run of the season, his second in as many days, giving him three RBIs and extending the lead to 6-1.
- Lopez launched, his team-leading 12th home run of the season, off of the batters' eye in center field and gave STU a 9-1 lead. Lopez now has 27 home runs as a Bobcat, second most all-time; (Michael Centeno: 35, 2014-2017)
- Rivero added two more RBIs with an infield single, making the lead 9-1, in the sixth inning.
- Jason Graña entered the game in the seventh inning, allowing one run on a RBI single.
- Lopez walked with the bases loaded in the bottom of the seventh to bring in Lowry, extending the lead to 10-2.
- With the bases loaded, Jack Diaz walked to the plate, chopping a single to left and bringing in two runs as the Bobcats defeated the Conquistadors in run-rule fashion, 12-2.
- The two RBIs gives Diaz 100 for his career!
