MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (September 16, 2020) - St. Thomas University (STU) Volleyball (1-3) was defeated in three-sets in Sun Conference action to Keiser University (3-0), falling (20-25, 21-25, 10-25) on Wednesday night from the Fernandez Family Center.

Game Notes
STU opened the first set with a 3-2 lead, following a Symonds kill.
The Bobcats recorded back-to-back points as Bolinger added a kill and Fernandez tallied a service ace.
Allende gave St. Thomas their largest lead of the first set, 14-10, recording a kill.
Keiser rallied for six-of-eight points tying the first set at 16-16.
Bolinger ended the Seahawk rally, reclaiming the Bobcat lead at 17-16.
KU closed the set six-of-seven points, taking the first set victory, 25-20.
In the second set, three consecutive kills from Symonds and Chenault gave STU a 5-3 lead.
The second set featured seven ties, making it the most competitive of the match; Keiser took the lead at 11-10, and STU was unable to reclaim the lead.
STU climbed back into the set, scoring four-of-five points, and trailing 20-19.
Keiser closed the set with consecutive kills, taking set two, 25-21.
Keiser began the third set with a 14-3 lead and contained any-and-all Bobcat momentum, taking the third set and sweeping STU, 25-10.
