MIAMI GARDESN, Fla. (October 7, 2021) – The St. Thomas University (STU) Women's Volleyball team (12-5, 5-1 SUN) picks up a non-conference victory on Thursday night from the Fernandez Family Center. The Bobcats won in four sets over Florida College (13-11, 2-0 CAC) 25-19,25-21, 23-25, and 25-23. St. Thomas had won nine of their last ten games and has sparked another win streak, currently at three.

- St. Thomas saw a lot of new faces hit the court today having six season debuts.
- Theresa Keegan and Shanon Berkley made their collegiate debut today against the Falcons.
- Loreto Nunez-Casal tied a season-high in kills (15), it is her six multi-kill performance.
- Kendall Brock also made an impact off the bench recording 10-kills; making it just her second double-digit kill match this season.
- Kate Diedrich had a great match recoding her first collegiate double-double with 11-digs and 11-assists.
- 11 difference Bobcats recorded a kill in the match.
- Kelly Rosario led the setter slot with 18-assists.
- St. Thomas owned the comparison box recording 20 more kills, three more service aces, 15 more assists, and three more digs.
- Stephanie Gomez led the defense with 20-digs.
- St. Thomas took the first two sets then dropping the third and ultimately coming back and picking up the fourth.
