ST. THOMAS TAKES NO.6 WAYLAND BAPTIST DOWN TO THE WIRE

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (December 13, 2021) – The St. Thomas University (STU) Women's Basketball (7-5, 3-2 SUN) falls late to sixth ranked Wayland Baptist University (12-1) from the Fernandez Family Center on Monday evening. The Bobcats led the whole game but fell in the final minute 73-69 to the Flying Queens.

  • St. Thomas already upset a Top-25 team heading into the game (#14 Lindsey Wilson).
