MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. - (February 6, 2021) St. Thomas University Women's Basketball (14-3, 11-3 TSC) defeated Ave Maria University (6-13, 3-10 TSC) 57-40 Saturday afternoon from the Fernandez Family Center on Senior Day.

- Bobcats started the first quarter with an 8-0 run, it began with a layup from Pressley, followed by points from August and Domond, topped off with another layup from Pressley.
- With 1:36 left in the first quarter, Bogatz extended the Bobcat lead 10-2.
- Dozier began the second quarter with a layup, 12-2 over Ave.
- With an assist from Martinez-Sanz, Pressley extended the lead over Ave 16-5 with just over five minutes left to play in the second quarter.
- Bogatz hit the first Bobcat three-pointer of the game with 4:04 left in the game, 19-6.
- Bobcats would end the half on a 6-0 run with points being recorded from August, Renice Dacres, and Martinez-Sanz 25-10.
- Domond started off the third quarter with a jumper, 27-10.
- Ave landed a three to try and close the Bobcat gap, 16-29.
- A Domond layup put the Bobcats up 34-25 with four minutes left in the third quarter.
- A free-throws from Dacres gave the Bobcats back their double-digit lead 38-27, going into the fourth quarter.Â
- Ave went on 9-0 run to close the gap created by the Bobcats 36-43.
- With just under two minutes left in the game, Domond recorded a layup to bring the score 52-38.
- With :23 seconds remaining in the game, Rodriguez scored the final points for the Bobcats, 57-40.
