MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (March 4, 2021) - No. 4 St. Thomas University (STU) Bobcats Baseball (10-7) defeated the Bryant & Stratton College Bobcats 7-5 on Thursday evening from Paul Demie Mainieri Field.

- Sanchez held BSC off the scoreboard through the first three innings of the game, striking out four.
- STU stranded two runners in scoring position in the bottom of the third inning, as the game remained scoreless.
- Thompson lined a triple to the right-center field gap, scoring Joel Franco and putting STU on the board first.
- Thompson scored on a wild pitch moments later, extending the lead to 2-0.
- Later in the inning, Rivero brought in Lopez with a single to left field, as STU took a 3-0 advantage.
- Bryant & Stratton scored four runs, including a bases-clearing triple, and took a 4-3 lead over St. Thomas.
- BSC added another run in the top of the seventh inning with a solo home run, taking a 5-3 lead over the St. Thomas.Â
- STU rallied in the bottom of the eighth inning, scoring four runs to take a 7-5 lead.
- Khawly tied the game on a fielder's choice, scoring Lopez to bring the score to 5-4.
- R. Fernandez lined a single down the right field line, scoring A. Fernandez and Rivero, reclaiming the lead for St. Thomas, 6-5.
- Mondejar capped the inning with an RBI single to left field, scoring Khawly and making the score 7-5.
- Luis Gonzalez closed the game for STU, recording the final three-outs as St. Thomas earned the win.Â
