FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (September 7, 2021) – The seventh-ranked St. Thomas University (STU) Men's Soccer team (3-0-1) took on the Nova Southeastern University Sharks in midweek non-conference action on Tuesday afternoon. The game was delayed 45-miutes at kickoff and ended in a draw after regulation.

- NSU got to the scoreboard first with a goal in the 33rd-minute of the contest and took the 1-0 lead into halftime.
- A foul called in the box against the Sharks would be the perfect boost for the Bobcats. Sophomore, Becker was due up to take the penalty kick and capitalized to tie the game at one all.
- Acerbi had six-saves in the match with a big one coming in the final second to make sure it stayed tied at one.
