MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (December 15, 2023) - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) released the 2023 Daktronics NAIA Fall Sports Scholar-Athletes. The 2023 list features student-athletes who achieved at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average (GPA) at their institution. In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.

Five of the six fall sports were represented with at least one student-athlete on the list, Men's Soccer led the way with 23 of the 55 representatives for St. Thomas. The sports represented are Football (13), Men's Soccer (23), Women's Cross Country (1), Women's Soccer (13), and Women's Volleyball (5). Each of these student-athletes also were named The Sun Conference All-Academic team, as they both hold the same standards for recognition.
