Miami Gardens, Fla. – Off the foots of Francisco Tolaba and Nick In't Zand, the third-ranked St. Thomas Men's Soccer team opened its 2024 season on Tuesday evening with a 2-0 triumph over 21st-ranked Florida National.

• After 59 minutes of scoreless play, Teo Rondon found Tolaba for the opening score of the contest.
• Guido Cacciabue connected with Zand in the 72n d minute

NOTEWORTHY:

• Rodrigo de la Terga stopped four shots for his first win as a Bobcat.
•  Tolaba found the back of the net in his first collegiate game.
