Waverly, Ga. – Reigning Sun Conference Freshman of the Year
Anthony Amoroso kicked off his 2024-25 campaign with a top-10 finish within the individual leaderboard at the Coastal Georgia Fall Invitational on Tuesday, powering the 14t-ranked St. Thomas Men's Golf Team to an eighth-place team finish with a 896 (+30) score.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Amoroso shot par over the final 18 holes for a 219 (+3) 54-hole cumulative that tied for eighth.
- Ben Van Hollebeke recorded a 76 on the final day to tie for 29th with a 224 (+8) card.
- Kade Cannon tied for 37th behind a 227 (+10) score.
- Tomas Borquez tallied a 229 (+13) that tied for 48th.
- Jose Vargas finished tied for 53rd with a 233 (+16) score.
