Miami Gardens, Fla. – Led by Isabella Marty's second-place finish on Saturday afternoon, the St. Thomas Women's Cross Country team finished fourth overall at their Bobcat Invitational filled with NCAA Division II programs.

HOW IT HAPPENED): 

• Marty crossed the finish line at the 20:35:50 mark.
• Kaycie Aquilino recorded a 20:56.88 time to finish seventh.
• Ahila Sandifer posted a 24:56:62 run to place 35th.
• Maydine Nichols and Wislande Pierre-Louis finished within a minute of each other behind 27:03:80 and 27:57:15 times.
• Amaurri Rhett rounded out the Bobcats with a 29:04:65 time.

INSIDE THE RACE:

• The 5K race featured 40 runners from four teams.
