Miami Gardens, Fla. – Heading into the final matchup of Friday evening's Appalachian State Conference Dual Meet trailing visiting Brewton-Parker College, Kris Ketchum earned a 14-6 decision over his Barons' counterpart to propel the 17t-ranked St. Thomas Wrestling Team to a 24-20 victory.

• Jevian Ross cruised to an 18-1 victory in the opening round of the match. (STU 5, BPC 0)
• Jairo Caceres fell in the opening period of his matchup. (STU 5, BPC 6)
• Rafael Aguilera pushed the Bobcats back on top with a pinfall in the opening period of his contest. (STU 11, BPC 6)
• Connor Hueck pinned his BPC opposition in 1:30 to add to the lead. (STU 17, BPC 6)
• Grady Bryant dropped an 11-10 decision. (STU 17, BPC 9)
• Lane Wishart fell in the opening round against his Barons' opponent (STU 17, BPC 15)
• Kade Clude fell against his opposition 14-9 (STU 17, BPC 18)
• Thomas Williams blanked his opponent in a 7-0 decision (STU 20, BPC 18)
• Shemar Barthelus fell in a one-point decision 14-13 (STU 20, BPC 21)
• Ketchum clinched the match with a 14-6 triumph (STU 24, BPC 21)
• The Barons' lost a point after the match for unsportsmanlike conduct (STU 24, BPC 20)
