Marietta, Ga. – Adding onto what has already been a historic season for the 19th-ranked St. Thomas Men's Wrestling Team, the Bobcats added more accomplishments to the transcendent campaign at the 2025 Appalachian Athletic Conference where STU placed fourth.
NOTEWORTHY
- Kris Ketchum advanced to the 174 lb Championship match, the first time a Bobcat had advanced to the finals in program history, earning All-Conference honors with a second-place finish.
- Thomas Williams joined Ketchum in his weight class Championship, earning the silver medal in the 141 lb division to earn All-AAC distinction.
- Conner Hueck bested teammate Gabriel Tellez in the 125 lb third-place match to garner All-AAC accolades.
- David Pierson took fourth in the 149 division.
- Jevian Ross placed fourth in the 174 lb bracket.
- Jordan Escarra finished fifth in the 133 lb bracket.
- Ralph Riche placed fifth in the heavyweight division.
NOTEWORTHY:
- The Bobcats' fourth-place finish and 122 points are both program-records.
- The eight placers is the most in program history.
- The three All-Conference recipients is a program record.
