MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (April 9, 2025) - The St. Thomas University  (STU) Beach Volleyball team is officially heading to Gulf Shores, Ala. this weekend to compete in the Sun Conference Tournament. This is the Bobcats' second visit to the tournament in program history. 

St. Thomas has had a great season under head coach Mya Thomas, going 6-8 overall. Once they arrive in Alabama, the Bobcats will take on the number one-seeded University of Mobile (Ala.) on Friday, April 11th at 9 a.m. The Rams went 21-4 this season overall and 12-0 in Sun Conference play. In their last meeting against the Rams, the Bobcats fell in the close contest, 2-3. After game one, the Bobcats will continue on with another game on Friday afternoon, with the opponent to be determined.
