MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (June 10, 2025) - The St. Thomas University (STU) Women's Soccer team and coaching staff under Head Coach Michelle Smith has had a successful recruiting offseason. The Bobcats have officially signed 21 new commits and will welcome them in the Fall 2025 season.

The Bobcats are welcoming 16 Freshman for the Fall 2025 season. The newcomers are:

• Aria Daaga - Freshman - Defender
• Layla Naser - Freshman - Forward
• Stephanie Cifuentes - Freshman - Midfielder / Forward
• Gabriella Espinosa - Freshman - Midfielder
• Julia Ezcurra - Freshman - Forward
• Issy Jones  - Freshman - Midfielder
• Isabella Castaneda - Freshman - Defender
• Camila Carmona - Freshman - Forward
• Nicole Salazar - Freshman - Midfielder
• Annika Muggenburg - Freshman - Midfielder
• Kendyll Linscott - Freshman - Defender
• Vanessa St. Vaudre - Freshman - Goalkeeper
• Maritza Meza Morales - Freshman - Defender
• Dana Avila - Freshman - Midfielder
• Valentina Alwan - Freshman - Defender
• Alessandra Rivas - Freshman - Defender

The Women's Soccer team will also welcome five transfer players for the Fall. The transfers are: 

• Rianna Rojas - Transfer - Forward
• Sophie Saunders - Transfer - Forward
• Rori McDonough - Transfer - Forward
• Ella Campbell - Transfer - Defender
• Engla Aliris - Transfer - Defender
