Miami Gardens, Fla. - On the heels of back-to-back 3-0 victories to start the 2025 season, Payton Bertke from the St. Thomas Women's Volleyball Team was named the Sun Conference Setter of the Week. 

The two-time Sun Conference Setter of the Year averaged 10.00 assists over six sets at the Southeastern Invitational, helping the Bobcats sweep receiving votes Reinhardt and Point. 

The Bobcats travel to St. Louis, Mo., to take part in the Missouri Baptist Invite on Wednesday, Aug. 20 and Thursday, Aug. 21, taking on nationally ranked Corban, Midland, Viterbo and host MBU.
