MIAMI GARDENS, FLA (MARCH 21, 2026)   - The St. Thomas University women's tennis team blanked the New College of Florida Might Banyans on Saturday afternoon by a final score of 4-0.

Doubles 1: Marta Miralles/ Alicia Rodriguez (STU)  unfinished vs Emilia Schulte / Itza Rogel (NC) :  5-4 

Doubles 2: Sezin Akin/ Sachely Carrera (STU) defeated Madeline Chellas/ Camila Carballosa (NC):- 6-2 

Doubles 3: Jenesie Burgos/ Caterina Antonini (STU) defeated Alexandra Sibrikova/ Gia Rizzo: 6-0 



Singles 

Singles 1: Antonini vs Chellas went unfinished with Antonini leading 6-2, 4-3 

Singles 2: Roguet vs Carballosa went unfinished with Carballosa up 6-4, 4-2 

Singles 3: Carrera vs Schulte unifinished, 6-4, 3-4 

Singles 4: Akin defeated Rogel 6-3, 6-3 

Singles 5: Rodriguez defeated Sibrikova : 6-0, 6-0 

Singles 6: Burgos defeated Rizzo 6-0, 6-0 


The women will now look to play LSUA on Monday, March 23 at 11AM.
