Marietta, Ga. - Men's Soccer dropped a close game to Life University on Sunday morning, with the final score being 0-1.
Both teams struggled to get any scoring action early in the game, but the Running Eagles were able to get their only goal across in the 43rd minute by Enrico Burigotto. The second half was scoreless for both teams. Matias Fuentes was in goal for the Bobcats, and he made five saves in this game. Life outshot St. Thomas, 15 shots to 9, and the Bobcats were only able to get one shot on goal. Both teams had 15 fouls each.
The Bobcats return to action on Thursday, September 10, for their home opener at AutoNation Field. Game time is set for 7:00 pm.
