Bobcats Drop Game 1 to Warner

Lake Wales, Fla— The Bobcats began their weekend series on Friday night dropping game 1 of a 3 game series to conference foe Warner University.

Ricky Claudio had a big game for the Bobcats in the losing effort going 3 for 4 with a double while accumulating 6 put outs. Michael Arostegui earned the loss despite 7 2/3 of solid pitching yielding 1 earned run. Brett Stanon earned the win for Warner pitching six innings of shut out ball striking out 4.

St. Thomas and Warner return to the diamond Saturday for a double header at 12 and 3. Go Bobcats!
