MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. - Former St. Thomas University Head Baseball Coach and 2013 inductee of the Bobcat Sports Hall of Fame will be honored during a pre-game ceremony on Friday, January 31 prior to the second game of a doubleheader vs. Concordia (Mich.) at 7 p.m. at Paul Demie Mainieri Field. Mantrana's jersey will be retired and he will throw out the first pitch.

Mantrana is the all-time winningest coach at St. Thomas with a career record of 450-220-1. He guided the Bobcats to three NAIA College World Series and his 1998 team set a program record with 54 victories. Mantrana is currently the coach of University of Texas - Pan American.
