Savannah, Ga. - The St. Thomas men's tennis team dropped a close match in the Sun Conference opener at SCAD Savannah.  The Bees defeated the Bobcats 5-4 in the match.

The doubles team of Kevin Cubela and Mauricio Fernandez won number one doubles 9-8.

In singles, Cubela won in number one singles 6-2, 7-5.  In number four singles, Dimitri Bird won 6-3, 6-2, while Brandon Vilez won in number six singles 7-6, 2-6, 10-8.
