Box Score MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. - The 22nd ranked St. Thomas Men's Tennis team continued its strong play with a 6-3 win in a Sun Conference match vs. Warner on Saturday at the STU Tennis Courts.

The Bobcats won two of three matches in doubles play, then clinched the win with four victories in singles.

STU earned wins by the team of Rasmus Lindstrom and Francisco Velasquez in number two doubles and by the tandem of Dimitri Bird and Fabrice Bissainthe in no. 3 doubles.

Kevin Cubela (no. 1 singles) and Lindstrom (no. 2 singles) then won in straight sets by identical 6-0, 6-1 scores.

Bird and Bissainthe then both won three-set battles to secure the team win for the Bobcats. 

STU returns to action with a home match vs. Ave Maria on Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the STU Tennis Courts.
