Box Score DAVENPORT, Fla. (March 7, 2023)- The St. Thomas University Baseball team fell short in their matchup against Concordia University (NE). The Bobcats took an early five-point lead, but the Bulldogs found a way to walk away with it.
 
Game Notes

• Chase Chatman got the start on the mound, coming off a small injury. Chatman was on a pitch count but went 4 innings. He struck out 5, allowed 3 hits, and walked one batter.
• The Bobcats took a 4-0 lead in the bottom of the fourth, the first run Omar Baldo doubled allowing Angelo Piloto to come across. The second run Edward Mateo scored on a passed ball. The third run, pinch runner Matt Granato scored on a wild pitch. The fourth run Chris Schoeller doubled driving in Joey Thompson.
• In the bottom of the fourth, Omar Baldo hit a single to center field bringing Robin Fernandez who doubled earlier in the inning.
• The Bobcat pitching couldn't seem to stop the bleeding today, allowing the Bulldogs to walk away with a 12-6 victory, as the game was called in the 8^th inning due to darkness.
