Miami Gardens, Fla. – It's Homecoming Weekend at St. Thomas University, with the Bobcats hosting Webber International for a pair of contests on Saturday, Oct. 26 starting with Women's Soccer at 11 a.m. before the fifth-ranked Football team takes on the Warriors at 6 p.m. On Sunday, the Bobcats host their Annual Stone Crab Dinner, you can learn more and support STU here.
 
WOMEN'S SOCCER vs WEBBER INTERNATIONAL

The Bobcats (6-2-4) welcome Webber after blanking the New College of Florida 1-0 on Wednesday, Oct. 23. St. Thomas averages 1.83 goals on a .477 shot percentage while holding their opponents to 0.67 goals. Gabi Cimino paces STU's attack behind nine goals, tied for the third-most in the conference, along with four assists for 22 points which places fourth in the conference while Megan Velazquez tallies five assists that ties for the eighth-most. On the defensive side, Isabella Penaranda boasts the second-best save percentage in the league at .837 with .727 goals allowed which ranks third.

Webber (2-7) treks to Miami Gardens after besting Florida National 5-1 on Wednesday, Oct. 23. Yerika Pereira leads the Warriors with three goals scored while Juliana Grider stops 48 shots and allowed 2.56 goals per game.

STU (5-1, 2-1 Sun Conference) returns to AutoNation Field on the heals of a 40-24 triumph at Ave Maria on Saturday, Oct. 19. The Bobcats boasts the most explosive offense in the Sun Conference, leading the league in scoring (46.8 points per game), total yards (440.7 per game) and passing (269.7 per game) while limiting opponents to 16.0 points which ranks second. STU's leads the individual leader categories for passing (Keely Watson, 1567), receiving (David Hayes, 690) and rushing (Rontavious Farmer, 686) with Kendall Wilson II leading the league in tackles (48) and tackles for loss (11.5) while Caleb Walker boasts four interceptions which is a conference high.

Webber (3-3, 1-2 Sun Conference) hits the road following a 50-27 setback against Florida Memorial on Saturday, Oct. 19. The Warriors average 28 points per game on 333.5 yards per game, 192.3 in the air and 141.2 on the ground, while opponents average 25.3 points.
