COLUMBUS, Ga. (February 12, 2024) – The Sun Conference Championship Meet was records galore for the St. Thomas University (STU) Women's Swim team who had a record setting meet. The Bobcats finished in second place overall moving up one spot from last year's finished and living up to their no. 2 national ranking.

The Bobcats increased their total conference champion events from two to four with
Stella Warborn stealing the show taking three of them. STU had 28 all-conference honors over 13 events with four gold, six silver, and three bronze.

Warborn broke records in her three individual events highlighted by a new NAIA record in the 100 Breaststroke. The 100 breast and 200 breast were also Sun Conference records dropping two and four seconds, respectively from the previous record holder. Warborn's score of 60, tied for the most at the meet which led her to winning the program's first SUN Swimmer of the Year honor.
