The Lady Bobcats lost two close games yesterday to Lynn University, making their record for the season slip to 0-6. The Bobcats had trouble getting the bats going in either game, losing 1-0 and 2-1. The Bobcats got good pitching from both Gina Guffanti In game one and Bianca Isolino and Amanda Heyl in game two. All three pitchers only gave up one run while on the mound, but got next to no support from their offense. In both games, St. Thomas was able to get the tying runner on base in the bottom of the seventh inning but was unable to push a run across in either game.

                St. Thomas will continue to look for their first victory of the season as they travel to Lynn University for a rematch of their double header this coming Thursday, February 18^th. The first game of the double header will begin at 1:00 PM in Boca Raton, Florida.
