Box Score 2 MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – St. Thomas softball finished a weekend road trip with a two-game set against #15 USCB. The Bobcats took game one 6-3 and lost game two 10-2. The Sacramento sisters led the way for STU against the Sand Sharks.

Danielle Borrelli opened up the scoring with a long double to left field. The Sand Sharks answered quickly, scoring three runs in the first three innings. Down two runs,
Cristina Sacramento came in to relieve of
Brenda Emerson and went on to finish the game off strong. The Bobcats rallied behind Sacramento, driving home five runs. Borrelli picked up two more RBI and Sacramento earned the win, her seventh of the year.
In game two,
Natalie Sacramento continued her strong weekend. She went 1-2 with an RBI. She finished the series, 3-6 with an RBI and a run scored.
The Bobcats return home for their final home stand of the season. This Thursday, the Bobcats will host Northwood and next week Nova Southeastern comes to town. This is the last chance for the Bobcats to make a push into heading The Sun Conference Tournament.
