Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 CLERMONT, Fla. - St. Thomas (3-3) dropped a pair of one-run games to open the Spring Break tournament at the National Training Center on Saturday.

The Bobcats lost to Middle Georgia State 1-0 in the tournament opener for STU.  Emily Santos did not allow an earned run in the complete game loss as the only run scored came on an error.

In the second game, STU fell to Point Park 5-4.  The Bobcats scored two runs in the fifth inning to take a 4-3 lead on a double by Melody Grafals.  Point Park came back however with two runs of their own to edge the Bobcats.

Starting pitcher Jennifer Acevedo pitched a complete game for the Bobcats.

St. Thomas gets a day off Sunday before returning to action at the National Training Center on Monday.
