Box Score RIVERSIDE, Calif. - The St. Thomas Softball team concluded its California spring break road trip with a game at California Baptist on Saturday.  The matchup vs. California Baptist was originally scheduled as a doubleheader, but due to rain only one game was completed.

The Bobcats fell to the Lancers 13-2.  STU did produce two runs in the top of the third inning, but were unable to ultimately match CBU's offensive output.

In the top of the third, McKenna Delaware ht a double to start the Bobcat offense.  After moving to third base, Delaware scored on an RBI by Alexis Castroman.  Melody Grafals then drove in Castroman for a second run on an RBI-single.

The Bobcats will return to South Florida as classes resume Monday at STU.  The Bobcats will then open Sun Conference play with a doubleheader on Wednesday at Ave Maria.
