MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (April 27, 2022) – The Sun Conference Women's Tennis Championships is set to start on Thursday, April 28 in Brunswick, Ga. as Coastal Georgia will host for the second year in a row. The four-team tournament will feature four Top-20 ranked teams at the Marta B. Torrey Tennis Complex, which feature 12-courts. St. Thomas University (STU) comes into the tournament ranked 19th in the country and the three seed in the tournament.

St. Thomas went 3-3 in Sun Conference action this season, defeating current ranked no. 14 Southeastern, who was ranked 19th at the time and STU was receiving votes, and taking wins over Warner and Coastal Georgia.
