Elgin, Ill. – Despite getting on the scoreboard first with an early goal in Monday afternoon's contest, the 24th-ranked University of Northwestern Ohio responded with a pair of scores in the first half in a 2-1 setback for the Bobcats.

• Natalie Woodward scored an unassisted goal in the 14th minute. 

• Northwestern Ohio snapped the Bobcats' 284:49 streak without a goal allowed in the 15th minute before taking the lead in the 27th minute. 

 
NOTEWORTHY: 

• Sierra Olivio took a team-high three shots with one on goal. 

• Isabella Penaranda stopped six shots. 

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE: 

• STU took 13 shots with five on target, Northwestern Ohio tallied 17 with eight on goal.
